4-hour children's wingfoil course in individual supervision, practice material included.

The content is customised to your child in terms of depth of detail, methodology and pace:

• Theory: the wing, the right spot, wind, material,
• developing propulsion, steering, interaction with the board, courses
• Brief material knowledge and set-up
• Practice: exercises for holding the wing on the beach
• Handling the wing in the water and water start
• Flying exercises, first few metres on your knees, later standing in displacement mode
• Riding courses
• Further possible content:
• Gaining height
• Technique for taking off with the foil

Whether the lesson time is sufficient for all the teaching content depends on the individual learning speed of the child.
