Program and services

• Rental equipment for weekly courses SA and SO from 9.00 a.m. onwards
• Course program with 4 hours per day on SA and SO
• Equipment will be provided.

Course content:

• Instruction in the technique of Ifly15, foil trim,
• Movement sequences during maneuvers in dry training
• First strokes in No Fly mode
• From No-Fly to Fly Safe - launching and flying.
• Courses and trimming with harness, sail trim and steering
• Downwind in ride out style without harness

Prerequisites:

Safe control of a catamaran from helmsman trapeze in at least 3-4 Beaufort.
Experience on dinghies or sport keelboats as helmsman and additional experience in harness sailing.

Equipment:

We provide semi dry neoprene suits 4-5 mm or summer suits with 3/4 mm and life jackets depending on the season and water temperature and of course the radio helmet. Please bring your own neoprene shoes that reach above the ankles.
