15-hour kitesurfing course for beginners over 5 days (Mon–Fri)
No other type of course gets beginners safely on the board more effectively. In a group of up to 6 participants, you will learn almost everything there is to know about kitesurfing over 5 days, with a total of 15 hours of instruction.
On the first day, the training takes place on the beach. You will learn what a spot check is, how to set up and pack down a kite, and how the 3-stage safety system works. Afterwards, you will fly a trainer kite on the beach. All following days take place on the water.
The use of kite equipment (including wetsuit and harness) is included. We teach using the 2-buddy system, which means that two people always share one kite.
The secret of the kite camp lies in the high number of repetitions of everything you learn. Only by reinforcing your experience can you successfully reach the next learning level.
At the end of the kite camp, you have the opportunity to obtain the VDWS license with us.
